If you do not see a design that you like and have something specific in mind, then why not get in touch and see if we can match your designs.
Delivery arrangements are via courier unless otherwise arranged, we will dispatch all orders within 24 hours on all orders made from Monday to Friday morning. We use recycled packaging to deliver your nappy cake to you, this helps to keep the postage costs down.
We will do free local delivery on all orders within a 3 mile radius of Winsford town center, other local deliveries in the Cheshire area can be arranged for a minimal fee depending on the delivery mileage, see the checkout delivery options for rates, all prices and delivery miles will be based from Winsford (Cheshire) town centre.
Payment: We accept payment via Paypal or Nochex through the website which is secure and prevents any unauthorised withdrawals from your accounts. Once payment has cleared we will process your order. If you wish to pay via internet banking, then we will provide you account details for you to pay directly into The Baby Cake Gifts account, once payment has cleared we will process your order and despatch your order.
Payments by cheque will have to wait until the cheque has cleared, so please leave yourself enough time from ordering to delivery.
Returns: If you are not happy with your nappy cake for any reason, then please get in touch and we will try to resolve the issue before you send it back to us. Please keep all packaging until you are happy with your product in case you need to return it to us.
We have not had any returns so far, as all of our customers have so far been very happy with our products and delivery arrangements. We hope that if you are ordering from us for the first time, then it will be a pleasurable experience that we hope that you will enjoy and will recommend us to your friends for future presents.
